You have 24 hours after booking to cancel for a full refund, no questions asked. After that, full refunds are available only if you cancel at least 15 days before check-in. Cancellations within 15 days of check-in are non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

Yes. We automatically apply a 10% discount on stays of 7 nights or more, and a 15% discount on stays of 14 nights or more. The discount is shown in your booking summary before payment.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit and debit cards through our secure Stripe checkout. Charges are processed in MXN by default; the English site shows USD pricing for reference and converts at the time of payment.

Yes. Private SUV transfers between San José del Cabo International Airport (SJD) and 605 Tower are available as an add-on at booking: $95 USD one way, $180 USD round trip. Transfers are tax-exempt and billed separately. Send us your flight details (airline, flight number, arrival time) at least 48 hours before pickup.

Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible based on availability — message us at least 24 hours in advance.

We use self check-in with a unique numeric code assigned to each guest. Before your arrival, we send you your personal access code via WhatsApp or email along with detailed entry instructions. The code is valid only during your stay and gives you direct access to your suite. Our team is reachable by WhatsApp at +52 624 192 2377 for any assistance before or during your stay.

Yes. You can store your luggage at the reception area free of charge, both before check-in and after check-out. Just message us via WhatsApp to coordinate.

The rooftop pool is open daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, exclusively for guests. No glass items, speakers, or coolers in the pool area. Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times. Loungers are first-come, first-served. No diving.

Every suite has a fully equipped kitchen: oven, electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, knives, plates, glasses, forks, spoons, and basic utensils for the maximum guest count.

Yes. Free covered parking is included with every reservation, one vehicle per suite. Spaces are reserved at the time of arrival.

Yes, free high-speed WiFi is included in every suite and on the rooftop. Average speed is approximately 700 Mbps. A single building password is provided at check-in.

605 Tower is a 7-9 minute walk to the Cabo San Lucas Marina entrance (~500m), 6-8 minutes to Squid Roe and Mandala in the nightlife strip, and a 15-18 minute walk (or 5-minute drive) to Médano Beach. Restaurants and bars are scattered along the walk — most guests don't need a car downtown.

SJD (San José del Cabo International Airport) is approximately 40 minutes by car from 605 Tower. Easiest options: (1) book our private SUV transfer at reservation time ($95 USD one way / $180 USD round trip — see Q5); (2) airport taxi (~$60-80 USD); (3) Uber (regulations changing — verify before relying on it).

Smoking is not permitted inside the suites or in indoor common areas. You may smoke only on your private suite balcony. Smoking is not allowed in the rooftop pool area or other shared outdoor spaces.

Yes. Families are welcome. The property is built like a residence — full kitchens, multiple beds, separate living spaces. A baby crib is available on request at no extra cost — let us know when booking. The rooftop pool is open to all ages; children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
